I have been using Philips Sonicare toothbrushes for years and years. I've owned many as I've worn them out over the years and as they need improved the look. i used to be excited to check that they need a model specifically for teenagers and puzzled what the variations may be.
The toothbrush is sort of constant because the Sonicare I currently own for myself. The similarities are:
1.) completely different power levels for various users (in the case of the kids' brush one setting for ages 4-7 and one for ages 7-10.
2.) Quadrapace timer- the kidren's version includes a musical tone each thirty seconds to let your child understand to maneuver to future quadrant of her mouth.
3.) Ramped up power and time- the sensation of a Sonicare could be a very little off-putting to some individuals initially because it will cause a form of tingling within the mouth from the fast vibrations. the ability (in each modes) and therefore the time (in the low power mode) are ramped up over the primary many uses to permit individuals to urge used to it. It starts off with lower power and for tiny children, a shorter overall brushing time.
4.) completely different size heads- the top is really interchangeable with the regular Sonicare brush that I even have. the form at the bottom is simply slightly completely different. i used to be worried regarding finding heads for the kids' brush. But, if I can't, i am going to simply purchase
