When I 1st heard of Sonicare starting up with a toothbrush with replaceable batteries, i used to be excited. I upgraded to the present from the Sonicare Advance when it didn't hold a charge from now on. With the opposite Sonicares, you have got to throw the total unit out if the batteries within die. With these you only amendment out the batteries. I liked them such a lot I bought two. currently when three months, each of them have already died. the top cap where you replace the batteries isn't water tight. The O-ring that seals the battery compartment isn't created alright. There also are two holes at very cheap of the toothbrush next to the metal clip on the endcap, that i think could be a style flaw. though Sonicare sent me replacement units, i think these replacements will solely last a number of months. this is often a good toothbrush for brushing, except they have to send it back to the look stage for the water-resistant drawback.
